COOL PHOTOS FROM OCTOBER 2024

for the month of october me and my wife only managed to have 1 photo trip :P tho this time i actually did some location scouting and managed to find a way up to the abandoned house we visited back in september :3

me? >.<

this definitely used to be a pretty nice house, i didnt count the bedrooms or anything :P (but it was like 3 maybe 4) but it had a nice living room area and a whole second smaller house in the back

a close shot of the front of the house :3

it was genuinely scary to be inside (which is why i dont have any good photos of that) because of the very real danger of the parts of the roof that are still there falling on us. there were a couple birds on the roof that did knock down some loose bits of brick and stuff but the most obviously dangerous part was the living room roof which was still mostly there and clearly barely staying up, even throwing a rock at it or something would probably cause the whole thing to just come tumbling down...

the even more abandoned ruins next to the house

the smaller house in the back
a shot of the city as seen from the house

the factory and its silo building can also be seen from the house :3

we decided to go to the factory again since we wanted to snoop around a bit more and also take some better shots of that pickup truck >:3

the entrance to the silo building

this time we tried to get some more detailed shots while still not jumping the fence which really didnt leave us a lot of possibilities :/

the back wall of the factory's main building
a shot of a broken window taken through two broken windows :P
one of the entrances to the main building
a pair of bridges connecting two of the factory's buildings
a close shot of the pickup truck's badge

i cannot for the life of me figure out what brand this was, the badge reads AMC d.4 with more writing underneath that i cant discern. american motors corporation would be the easiest answer but looking through their stuff from before 1975 nothing matches this truck and either way its unlikely for it to be american since we're talking about pre-revolution portugal.

a wider shot of the front of the factory

some extra photos that arent good but i still like :3

this peugeot 206 has seen better days :c

on a night out i decided to mess around with the long exposure setting on my camera and i got my gorgeous wife whomst i love very much to draw stuff with her phone flashlight :D
